Birthday parties at Jo Ann Warren Studio are designed for kids ages 2–13 who love to move, imagine, and celebrate with their favorite people. From high-energy pop stars to magical princesses and heroic adventures, every party is led by a certified JAWS Fun-Fluencer who knows how to keep the fun flowing while making every child feel included.

How It Works

Choose a theme your child will absolutely light up over. Have something else in mind? Custom party ideas are always welcome, and themes can be tailored to fit your child’s age, interests, and energy level.

How to get started:

• Select your preferred party theme and submit the request form below
• Our team will review availability and confirm your event details
• You’ll receive an email with party confirmation and instructions to process payment
• Once payment is complete, your date is officially reserved

From there, everything is handled for you—setup, hosting, and cleanup—so you can focus on celebrating and making memories.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY

All are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file. If a card expires or becomes invalid, you will be notified via email and have 10 days to update the payment information. Failure to update the payment details will result in a $35 late fee. Returned checks are also subject to a $35 fee.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and instructor.
• Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Member and non-member pricing applies at checkout.

Add-On Payments

• Add-on options (bounce house, extended party time, additional children, character visits, balloon décor) may be selected at the time of booking or added later, pending availability.
• All add-ons must be paid in full prior to the party date.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit and debit card payments processed securely through the Jo Ann Warren Studio online portal.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Birthday party bookings are non-refundable.
• In the event of illness or emergency, one reschedule may be permitted, subject to studio availability.
• Add-ons canceled within seven days of the party date may not be refundable.

Final Headcount

• Final guest count is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled party.
• Additional children beyond the included number will be charged accordingly.
